Small Town Charm with a Victorian Flair in 
Warren County New Jersey

If you dream of living in a beautiful Victorian home set in a quiet country village, then read on...  

Belvidere, which is centered around a pristine common (a rarity 
in New Jersey), is locally famous for its extensive Victorian architecture and includes more than 200 historic sites.  Every September, the town hosts a weekend-long Victorian Days celebration.  There is a small downtown which lends itself to  browsing and, as an added bonus, almost every home in town is within close proximity of two major recreational rivers and the local schools. 

Not interested in owning a Victorian? No problem-- there are homes here to fit many tastes and needs: ranches, colonials, split levels, cottages and more.  You can also find great properties in the surrounding townships including White, Knowlton, and Harmony and be within a few minutes drive 
of town.

Belvidere feels as though its off the beaten path, however, residents can be at the grocery store or the Phillipsburg Mall in about 15 minutes and outlet shopping at Tannersville, PA is about half an hour away via one of two interstate highways 
within about 20 minutes of town.

The best part about Belvidere is that its still a hidden treasure. However, many homes have already been restored and there is a tremendous sense of pride in this community.  This is an important river town--but, right now, relatively few people outside of the area think of looking here.
