New Jersey Relocation

New Jersey offers a wide array of housing options from leafy
suburbs to historic farms to contemporary landmarks.  The
state's large corporate presence, excellent transportation, and close proximity to New York, give New Jersey its sophisticated feel and great shopping and commuting choices.

Morris, Essex, and Union Counties - New Jersey

The eastern part of the state, including Essex, Union and Morris
Counties is filled with upscale, suburban towns like Summit,
Westfield, Short Hills, Chatham and Madison offering charming
downtowns surrounded by upscale neighborhood and executive
homes. The celebrated Short Hills Mall, with its 5 anchor stores typifies the grandeur of the area.

Essex, Union and Morris are served by the New Jersey Transit
Morris and Essex line which provides convenient and direct train service into Manhattan.

Somerset County - New Jersey

A little farther west, Somerset County also offers suburban
towns but includes a large section of New Jersey Horse
Country.  Its northern towns, Bedminster, Bernardsville,
Far Hills, Basking Ridge, and Peapack and Gladstone, are
a mix of suburban development, historic estates and rambling
horse farms. Routes 287 and 78 still provide quick access
throughout the region, however, Somerset County, especially
Basking Ridge, has a large corporate population in its own right.

Hunterdon and Warren Counties - New Jersey

For those who think country no longer exists in New Jersey,
especially the northern part of the state, drive just past Somerset
County along Route 78 into Hunterdon and Warren Counties.

Development is occurring out in Western New Jersey but large
areas are still open and fiercely protected.  Flemington is
Hunterdon's hub, with developments and shopping radiating
out from its newly renovated historic center.  Phillipsburg,
along Route 78 is the economic center of Warren County,
with lots of development and a town in the beginnings of a
revitalization.  Both counties still sport many small villages
and farmland, with Warren being the more rural.

All of these counties are served by the same Multiple Listing
Service ( MLS ) so its relative easy to find your dream home
in New Jersey.
